Hire a local drone operator for custom footage.
Stock clips are either license-restricted, years out of date, or framed wrong for our building. A one-time custom shoot by a Charlotte FAA Part 107 operator gives us current, accurate footage we own outright — no licensing limits, ever. Roughly the cost of a couple stock licenses.

The area & angle (reference)
Why stills and not the flyover video: the Google Maps 3D view is photogrammetry, not real footage — buildings warp, melt and smear as the camera moves, so the moving clip looks broken. The imagery is also several years out of date (the lots and buildings don't match the block today), and Google's map imagery is copyrighted, so we couldn't publish it regardless. These frozen frames are useful for one thing only: showing a pilot the area and the angle we'd want — the studio block, the open lots along Morehead, and the Uptown skyline / Bank of America Stadium for a possible reveal. The real footage comes from the shoot.
